Schafer)The University of Kansas has received $20 million to help construct a new building for the KU School of Business. The money comes from the Capitol Federal Foundation, which is affiliated with Capitol Federal Savings Bank. Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little accepted the check from Cap Fed Thursday afternoon.
The gift represents about one-third of the estimated $60 million cost for the new building, which will be located near Allen Fieldhouse. Construction could begin by early 2014.
