Alan Silvestri wrote his first film score at the age of 21. Since then he's gone on to compose music for films like Back to the Future, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, The Avengers, The Abyss and many more. We'll hear excerpts from those films and more on this week's Film Music Friday.

Film Music Friday - November 26, 2021 (Shakespeare in Film)

Since 1900 there have been over 400 screen adaptations of Shakespeare.  On this week's Film Music Friday we'll hear just a few, including Ennio Morricone's theme for a 1912 version of Richard III, Dimitri Shostakovich's music for Hamlet and Patrick Doyle's epic score for Henry V, among others.
