    Description: #COVID got you throwing gutter balls? Don’t de-spare! #BowlingforRhinos 2020 is just around the corner! Not comfortable coming to the alley? No problem! You can social distance and support conservation throwing strikes from the comfort of your own home. This event will be held at Premier Bowling in Raytown, MO on Sunday, August 9 from 5:30-9:00 pm. You can participate in virtual bowling for $20, or $25 to join us at the bowling alley! Bowlers can register online until 5:00, August 9; however, early bird registration ends on July 26th. Don't miss out on your free Sudan, the last male northern white rhinos "Hindsight is 2020" memorial t-shirt! Participants are encouraged to ‘bowl’ during the event time of 6:00-9:00. We would like participants to post BFR event activities to our FB page. You can virtually bowl in 3 different categories via Event Brite: 1. Virtual bowling via computer, tablet or phone app 2. Virtual bowling via home gaming system such as: Wii, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft - Xbox, Sony - PlayStation, SEGA – Genesis etc. 3. Purchase or borrow an outdoor game set and have some fun! Registering for the event qualifies participants the opportunity to win a $25 virtual gift card! Play 3 games and have someone either help keep score and take photos and/or screenshots and send us your total for the 3 games. Remember, this is for fun and is in the name of conservation, so we ask everyone to be honest with their scores, and just like if you were at the bowling alley, only count 3 consecutive games during the event time. We ask that your photos and screenshots be shared via our Facebook page: facebook.com/kcaazk After the event is over, we will review the scores and identify a top winner in each of the 3 categories.
