Without Heavyweight Contender, GOP Could Lose Kansas 2nd District Congressional Seat

The race for the eastern Kansas congressional seat being vacated by the retiring Lynn Jenkins has attracted a big field of Republican candidates. But, as Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, the lack of a big-name candidate in that group has party officials worried about holding on to the seat.
