Wichita's Wink Hartman Bows Out of Governor's Race

Wichita businessman Wink Hartman has dropped out of the Kansas governor’s race and thrown his support behind Secretary of State Kris Kobach. More from Jim McLean, of the Kansas News Service.  


Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach confirmed to the Kansas City Star that he will consider Hartman as a potential running mate.
