Is Western Governors University Shortchanging Students?

It's long been acknowledged that getting a college degree improves a person's chances of getting a better job, and increasing lifetime earnings. But not all university educations are created equal. Commentator John Richard Schrock says that one particular university is short-circuiting the educational process...and short-changing its students. 


Commentator John Richard Schrock is a professor at Emporia State University, where he trains future biology teachers. He's also traveled extensively through China, where he's been a guest teacher and lecturer since the 1970s.
