Vilsack Staying on at USDA - Good News for Farmers?

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced this week that Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will continue in his post during President Barack Obama’s second term. According to some farm state politicians, that’s good news for Midwestern farmers.  Harvest Public Media’s Amy Mayer reports.
