USDA Secretary Vilsack Discusses Rural America

President Barack Obama stopped in Iowa today (TUE) to talk about new initiatives to help rural America. These include expanding public-private partnerships and doubling capital available for small businesses through the Small Business Administration. Harvest Public Media’s Donna Vestal spoke today (TUE) with Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, who's with the president in Iowa promoting the administration’s plans.
