Ticket Distribution Begins for Presidential Speech at KU

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — University of Kansas students, faculty and staff have been queueing up today (TUE) for tickets to see President Barack Obama speak in Lawrence. Students were allowed to pick up their free tickets beginning at 9 o'clock this (TUE) morning at the Student Union Activities box office in the Kansas Union. A limited number of tickets will be available for the general public starting at 5 p.m. at the Dreher 4-H building at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Obama will speak at Anschutz Sports Pavilion on Thursday morning.
