This year's fall Sprint Cup race at Kansas Speedway took place later than usual. But it was necessary to insure the completion of a repaving project on the race track. As Kansas Public Radio's Greg Echlin reports, the new surface was the most buzzed-out topic of the day around the garage area.
The 2013 Sprint Cup schedule was officially released last week. Next year, the Kansas Speedway fall race will take place on October 6.
