Snow and Ice Blows Through Eastern KS

It looks like the worst of today’s (TUE) weather is behind us. Jared Leighton (LAY-ton) is with the National Weather Service in Topeka. Some areas received one to two inches of snow and ice accumulations overnight and this (TUE) morning, but Leighton says that should be the bulk of today’s (TUE) snow and ice.

Leighton says there’s still a potential for slippery roads, especially in the evening and overnight as the temperature drops.
