Remembering Max Falkenstien: Celebration of Life Set for Saturday to Honor Late KU Broadcaster

Last month, longtime Kansas Jayhawk broadcaster Max Falkenstien died at the age of 95. This weekend, Falkenstien's family, in conjunction with KU Athletics, will host a celebration of his life. The free event will be held Saturday at the Lied Center in Lawrence. KPR's Greg Echlin has more.

The celebration of life for Max Falkenstien begins at 2 p.m., Saturday (August 24, 2019), at the Lied Center in Lawrence.
