Questions Surround Meetings at Governor's Mansion

The Shawnee County District Attorney is investigating whether dinner meetings held at the governor's mansion violated state open meetings laws. At issue, is whether these dinners were merely social gatherings... or whether they constituted secret meetings where state business was discussed. Regardless of how the investigation turns out, Commentator Gwyn Mellinger says the whole affair just doesn't look good.
