Public Defender's Office Seeks Contempt Ruling in Detention Center Taping Case

There have been more fireworks in the controversy over attorney-client tapings at the Leavenworth Detention Center and whether prosecutors eavesdropped on those conversations. As Dan Margolies reports for the Kansas News Service, the federal public defender's office accused prosecutors of "slow-walking" an investigation into the matter.
