Lawmakers pushing for more transparency say there’s still time to act during this year’s session if legislative leaders make it a priority.

Kansas lawmakers arrived in Topeka promising to make their work more transparent. But with the end of the legislative session fast approaching, there’s been little to no action on open-government bills. Kansas News Service reporter Jim McLean has more.
