Wichita is among eight cities to host the first and second rounds of the NCAA men's basketball tournament.  The city’s Chamber of Commerce says the games will have at least a $10 Million economic impact. Hotels in downtown Wichita and in the Old Town entertainment district are completely full. Thousands of visitors are expected to eat, drink, sleep and shop in the state’s largest city this week and some of them will get a haircut too. Carla Eckels of KMUW Radio in Wichita reports on downtown businesses welcoming crowds of visitors.
