Members of the Kansas House broke the stalemate on Medicaid expansion yesterday (WED). A coalition of Democrats and moderate Republicans overpowered conservative Republican House leaders to advance Governor Laura Kelly’s proposal. For the Kansas News Service, Jim McLean reports from Topeka.
