Labor Shortage Versus Trump's Immigration Plans

With unemployment below 4 percent across the Plains, lots of companies are looking for help.  The labor shortage is stunting the growth of businesses as diverse as high-tech startups in Kansas City and huge dairy operations in western Kansas.  President Donald Trump campaigned on a staunchly pro-business platform, but as Frank Morris reports for Harvest Public Media, his immigration policies don’t seem to be easing the labor shortage.
