Kansas and Missouri Join Lawsuit to Overturn Obamacare

Kansas and Missouri have joined 18 other states in seeking to have the Affordable Care Act...also known as Obamacare...declared unconstitutional. As Dan Margolies reports for the Kansas News Service, the plaintiffs say that when Congress late last year repealed the tax penalty for individuals who don’t buy health insurance, the entire law was invalidated.
