Kansas Lieutenant Governor Jeff Colyer is scheduled to testify to a congressional committee today (TUE). As Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, Colyer is expected to talk about his opposition to the health reform law and the state’s plan to overhaul the Medicaid program.
