KS Legislators Warned About Drop in State Revenue

Democrats in the Kansas House say legislators have been warned that Governor Sam Brownback's tax cuts are likely to mean there's less cash to go around. Representative Barbara Ballard is a Democrat from Lawrence:

Ballard says the state also needs to examine a temporary one-cent sales tax that's expiring this year. She said with its expiration, the state will have even less money to spend. The new legislative session begins Monday.
