KS Budget Negotiations Abruptly Halted

Budget talks broke down today (FRI) at the Kansas Statehouse. Legislators left Topeka for the weekend with a few major parts of the budget unresolved, including proposed cuts to higher education and caps on state employee salaries. KPR's Stephen Koranda has more.
