Week of August 21, 2022: You've probably seen some of the breathtaking images that the James Webb Space Telescope is sending back to Earth. How is this telescope different from previous ones? Dr. Allison Kirkpatrick is an assistant professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Kansas, and a specialist in observational astronomy. She and her team are among a select group working on the mountains of data the James Webb telescope is transmitting. She took a break to give KPR's Laura Lorson a quick overview.
