KPR Presents: The Constitution and the 14th Amendment

Week of September 15, 2019: The 14th Amendment is often called the "single most important amendment to the U.S. Constitution." Find out why on this week's KPR Presents, from the annual Constitution Day program at the Dole Institute of Politics, with Chief Judge Julie Robinson and Senior Judge John Lungstrum of the U.S. District Court, moderated by U.S. Attorney Steve McAllister.  This KPR Presents was originally broadcast on October 21st, 2018, in connection with the 150th anniversary of the 14th Amendment.
