KPR: Here for You Today... but What About Tomorrow?

Kansas Public Radio celebrated its 67th birthday on Sunday. This Peabody Award winning station signed on the air (as KANU FM) September 15, 1952. And it's been here ever since, providing news, music and entertainment. Now more than ever, this station relies on support from those who listen. Indeed, listeners represent our single largest source of financial support. So help make sure that KPR has a future. Make sure we're around tomorrow and in the weeks, months and years to come.  Make a pledge!

At KPR, we make great radio and listeners help make it possible. So, please support Kansas Public Radio with a pledge and consider becoming a sustaining member. A $10 a month contribution -- just 33 cents a day -- goes a long way around here. A dollar a day goes even further. Decide for yourself just how much to give for all this great radio. Then sit back and listen, as KPR brings you the very best in news, classical music, jazz and so much more. Even fun stuff like Kansas Trivia (heard most Fridays at 9 a.m. on KPR).

And if you own your own business, consider sponsoring a program on #MyKPR. This station reaches more than 100,000 listeners every week. Learn more about underwriting on Kansas Public Radio and help your business succeed. We can reach all the people on this coverage map over the air. KPR and KPR2 can reach even more people through live streaming on our website.

Kansas Public Radio - 2019 Winner of the Station of the Year award from the Kansas Association of Broadcasters. We've won the Station of the Year award 18 times, more than any other radio or TV station in the entire state. I mean, we're just sayin'... we think it's worthy of your support. So, how 'bout making a pledge? Or... consider donating your car to KPR,because there are lots of ways to support your local public radio station. Thanks!
