Kobach Narrowly Wins GOP Primary with Hardline Conservative Platform

Governor Jeff Colyer has conceded to conservative Kris Kobach in the GOP race for Kansas governor and in a normal year, Republicans might worry about nominating such a lightning-rod candidate. But, as Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, this is not a normal election year.
