Kobach Criticizes Colyer for School Finance Bill Signing

Within minutes of signing the school funding bill today (TUE), Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer was blasted by one of his Republican rivals in the governor’s race. As Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service reports, Secretary of State Kris Kobach wants to turn it into a wedge issue.
