Kansas Teacher Salaries on the Rise Following Increase in State Funding

School districts across Kansas are raising salaries. They're also creating new positions and replacing those cut from as far back as 2009. Stephan Bisaha from the Kansas News Service reports on some of the ways local schools are using an increase in state funding.
