Kansas Supreme Court Chief Justice Lawton Nuss Gavels into Retirement

After serving nearly 20 years on the Kansas Supreme Court, Chief Justice Lawton Nuss is stepping down this week. Although he couldn't discuss past decisions or current cases, Nuss did speak with KMUW's Tom Shine about a few other things. The chief talked about his battle for better pay for judicial employees, how courts should treat people and... his own retirement plans. Here's KMUW News Director Tom Shine.
