Kansas Legislative Update: March 23, 2020

Kansas lawmakers fled the Capitol last week to avoid the growing coronavirus threat, passing a basic budget on their way out the door. They hope to return in late April to resolve outstanding issues like Medicaid expansion and a proposed constitutional amendment on abortion.
