Kansas Governor, Insurance Commissioner Respond to Supreme Court ACA Decision

Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger says she’s eager to resume implementing the health reform law now that it has been upheld.  The moderate Republican says she supports it because for the first time in American history everyone will have access to health care.

But Republican Governor Sam Brownback…a conservative who has blocked efforts to implement the law…remains strongly opposed to it. In a tersely worded statement he said it is now up to the American people to stop “Obamacare” by electing a new president in November.
