The Intimacy of Rain

When spring officially arrived earlier this week, many people were still wondering: “What happened to winter?” For some, the answer is simply: “I don’t care.” Commentator Cheryl Unruh falls into that category. And with winter behind us, she now turns her attention to one of the annual rites of springtime: rain, rain and more rain.

Commentator Cheryl Unruh is the author of the book: “Flyover People: Life on the Ground in a Rectangular State.” She also writes a weekly column for the Emporia Gazette.

If you're the first person to send an e-mail to jschafer@ku.edu and write - "Flyover People" - you'll win an autographed copy of Cheryl's book!
