Hearings Set for This Week on Covert Recording at Leavenworth Prison

What seemed like a one time occurrence at a private detention prison in Leavenworth has grown into a huge scandal. Thousands of attorney-client communications may have been recorded there and, in some cases, handed over to federal prosecutors. As Dan Margolies reports for the Kansas News Service, scores of inmates are now seeking to have their convictions overturned.
