Former KCK Police Detective Accused of Coercing Women into Sex

The former police detective is also accused of coercing women into giving false testimony to help him close homicide cases.

A former Kansas City, Kansas, police detective is accused of exploiting vulnerable Black women for sexual favors over the course of his career. Now, new information uncovered in a joint investigation by KCUR Radio and the Kansas City Star reveals additional details about the extent of the alleged abuse.
