A former Kansas City, Kansas, police detective is accused of exploiting vulnerable Black women for sexual favors over the course of his career. Now, new information uncovered in a joint investigation by KCUR Radio and the Kansas City Star reveals additional details about the extent of the alleged abuse. KCUR News Director Lisa Rodriguez spoke with investigative editor Dan Margolies about the story.
