Former Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius helped talk Governor-Elect Laura Kelly into running for the state’s top job and was instrumental in her campaign. Sebelius spoke with Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service about how coalition-building will be key to Kelly’s success as governor … and how endorsements from some prominent Republicans played into Kelly's election victory.
