Next week, no fewer than five Kansas attorneys will be facing disciplinary action at the state Supreme Court. High Court spokesperson Ron Keefover says that's unusual:
The five attorneys awaiting hearings include two facing disciplinary action for misusing client money; one who failed to make restitution in an investment case; and one who signed off on life insurance policies that contained false application information.
