The way Kansans register to vote goes on trial in federal court today (TUE) in Kansas City. In a case that could have national implications, Secretary of State Kris Kobach will try to prove voter fraud is a real and widespread problem. Celia Llopis-Jepsen from the Kansas News Service reports.
