Farm to Glass: Craft Breweries Hop on Local Food Bandwagon

The country’s craft beer industry is growing at a tremendous rate. Last year, more than 400 breweries opened nationwide. In some states, like Colorado, there are so many craft breweries they’re beginning to blend together. Harvest Public Media is a collaborative project between Kansas Public Radio and other public radio stations, focusing on rural life, farming and agricultural topics.
