Despite Pending Deal, Kansas and Missouri "Border War" May Not Be Over

Across the country, many states offer billions of dollars in tax incentives to lure businesses from other states. That’s been especially true in the Kansas City area, which straddles both Kansas and Missouri.  But as Frank Morris reports, this bitter economic “border war” may be nearing a truce.
