Paul Davis, the Democrat running to fill the seat of retiring Kansas Republican Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins, appears to be off to a good start in his campaign’s fundraising effort. The Kansas 2nd District Congressional seat is one of the targets for the national Democratic Party. More from Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service.
