Candidates Race to Meet Kansas Primary Filing Deadline

As of midday today (FRI). all the candidates for Kansas primaries have filed. It may not amount to the dramatic shift to the center of 2016, but there will be plenty of legislative contests. From the Kansas News Service, Madeline Fox explains.
