Arts Commission Change Costs KS Arts Matching Funds

Earlier this month, the National Endowment for the Arts, or N-E-A, said Kansas would not be eligible for federal matching funds. This week, another group made a similar announcement. As KPR’s Stephen Koranda tells us, the two groups say the cause for the change was Governor Sam Brownback vetoing funding for the Kansas Arts Commission earlier this year.
