ACA Open Enrollment Declines in Kansas

Open enrollment for health insurance on the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, exchange ended on Saturday.  Preliminary numbers out today (WED) show enrollment is down in Kansas from last year.  Dan Margolies of the Kansas News Service has more on the story:
