ACA Official Says Kansans Registered Before Deadline Will Have 2017 Coverage

The deadline to register for an insurance plan on Healthcare dot gov. is fast approaching -- the deadline for registration is January 31st. Republicans in Washington are working to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act but the CEO of Healthcare dot gov. Kevin Counihan says a large number of Kansas residents utilize the financial assistance available through the federal health care program.


Counihan says, even if Obamacare is ultimately repealed in Washington, people who register before the deadline will be insured throughout 2017.
