Kansas Public Radio will broadcast Governor Laura Kelly's 2020 State of the State Address, live, Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The hour-long coverage will include the Democratic governor's speech as well as the GOP reaction to it, provided by House Speaker Ron Ryckman, Jr. Join KPR News Director J.
