Kansas Governor's Race Could Make or Break KanCare Expansion

The race for governor of Kansas will likely decide whether the state finally expands its Medicaid program, known as KanCare -- or steers it in another direction entirely.   Opponents argue expansion would cost too much money. Supporters say it would provide health insurance for 150 thousand Kansans.   Nomin Ujiyediin of the Kansas News Service reports on an issue that has split the state and separates the three leading candidates for governor.
