State Stops Placing Foster Kids with Wichita Agency

The state of Kansas has stopped placing foster care children with a faith-based group in Wichita.  The Department of Children and Families suspended the foster placements pending the outcome of an investigation.  More from Jim McLean, of the KHI News Service.
