Online Health Insurance Exchange Opens in KS

A budget dispute may have shut down the federal government but one of the biggest parts of Obamacare has launched today (TUE) as scheduled. The online health insurance marketplaces, also known as exchanges, are now open for business.  That includes a federally-run exchange here in Kansas.  More from Jim McLean, of the KHI News Service.
