Brownback Blocks Plan to Partner with Feds on Insurance Exchange

Governor Sam Brownback (Flickr Photo Courtesy of AslanMedia)Governor Sam Brownback is blocking Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger's efforts to partner with the federal government on a health insurance exchange. As Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, it’s the latest chapter in an ongoing struggle between the two Republican officials over implementation of the federal health reform law.
