Pipeline Companies Agree to Million-Dollar Penalty for Spills in KS

Two Houston-based pipeline companies have agreed to pay a million dollars in civil penalties resulting from violations of the Clean Water Act in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa. More from Kansas Public Radio’s Bryan Thompson.
